Case Studies Estimating Application - Gleeds A bridging application to clean and re-format estimation data from PACE relating to a chemical plant shut-down in preparation for import into Primavera P6.  An intuitive user interface of forms and dialog boxes provides access to the powerful functionality which automates the rapid and accurate build of the Project schedule.  By writing this tool specifically for the client it was possible to ensure that this application exactly met their requirements and provided an economic solution to work with the existing systems and data structures. Survey Management Application - Medway Insulations Web based survey management application for an insulation consultancy on behalf of their client a City Council. This application provides a centralised location for the management of asbestos within council property, employing role based user profiles to offer differing access privilege levels for council staff, contractors and the consultancy dependent on their respective requirements.  At the heart of the database is a dynamic property register self managed by the council for their property stock.  These properties are found using a dynamic search tool and against each property the consultancy is able to append a collection of survey documents, photographs and associated notes relevant to the control and management of asbestos risks. Primavera P6 Cost Integration - Dwr Cymru Welsh Water Consultancy service to discuss the practicality of integrating SAP actual cost data into the Primavera P6 schedule and to take forecast profiles from the P6 schedule back into SAP.  The client did not want to invest significant time and money into a full solution without first conducting a feasibility and cost benefit analysis so Benadelle Ltd was able to first discuss and then establish a practical solution using a bridging mechanism drawing upon Microsoft Excel automation. Commercial Report - Faithful + Gould Enhancement of a F+G client commercial report by providing automation to many features, including the import of the client data into the F+G format taking information from both the client's SAP and Primavera P6 systems.  This application was embedded into an existing Microsoft Excel workbook and thus provided a very quick solution inherently customised to the clients proprietary systems and data structures.   Automated features include: actual cost imports, P6 status updates, report integration, data splitting, automatic formatting, pre-populated template generation, assisted cost profiling. Progress Reporting - Enrichment Technology Automation and enhancement of an existing process to generate engineer task sheets for a plant design team significantly reducing the processing time, improving the accuracy and enhancing the user experience.  Using Primavera P6 data the process identifies current tasks and uses the resource assignments to collate specific work sheets for individually named resources.  By drawing on the same information the process was further developed to provide a mechanism to assist in the prioritisation of bottleneck resources by highlighting work overloads and suggesting prioritsation based on Total Float.
Production of detailed spreadsheets to automate routine calculation and analysis of financial/mathematical data and present this information graphically using Microsoft Office Excel.
